1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Arman Fine Auto & Repair Centre website at armanfineauto.com (the "Site"), and your use of any service, membership, referral, wishlist, or vehicle purchase arranged through the Site or in person at our shop. By browsing this Site, submitting a form, booking a service, signing up for membership, or purchasing a vehicle from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.
2. About Us
Arman Fine Auto & Repair Centre is a family-run automotive repair shop and used vehicle lot located at 7A Penn Dr, North York, ON M9L 2A9. We can be reached at (905) 609-2228 or info@armanfineauto.com. Our shop hours are Monday 9am–6:30pm, Tuesday through Friday 9am–7pm, Saturday 9am–6pm, and closed Sundays.
3. Our Services
We offer a full range of automotive maintenance, repair, and sales services, including but not limited to:
- General Repair & Maintenance — brake pads and rotors, batteries, engine and cabin air filters, spark plugs, transmission fluid service, coolant flush, brake fluid flush, diagnostics, suspension repair, serpentine belts, A/C recharge, and pre-purchase or safety/pre-purchase inspections.
- Oil Changes — full synthetic and conventional oil changes, including a complimentary multi-point inspection with every visit.
- Tire Services — tire repair, new tire sales, used tire sales, seasonal tire changeovers, tire rotation, tire mounting & balancing, and four-wheel alignments, across major brands including Continental, Bridgestone, Goodyear, Michelin, Nokian, Pirelli, Toyo, and Yokohama.
- Safety Inspections — Digital and Full safety inspections performed in accordance with Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) standards, as described further in Section 10 below.
- Used Vehicle Sales — a rotating inventory of used vehicles offered for sale, as described further in Section 9 below.
Not every service is available for every make, model, or vehicle condition. Our technicians will advise you if a requested service is not suitable for your vehicle before any work begins.
4. Pricing & Estimates
All prices published on this Site are averaged, estimated figures. They are provided as a general guide only and are based on typical labour time and typical parts cost for common vehicles. Your actual price may be higher or lower depending on your specific vehicle's make, model, year, condition, the parts required, and the complexity of the work involved.
Where a "Regular Price" and "Member Price" are shown, the Member Price reflects the standard 30% Premium Care membership discount applied to the averaged regular price, and is likewise an estimate. A firm, vehicle-specific quote will always be provided before any chargeable work begins, and we will not proceed with work beyond a routine inspection without your approval. Quoted prices exclude applicable taxes (HST) unless stated otherwise.
Prices for any service, product, or membership on this Site are subject to change at any time, without prior notice, to reflect changes in the cost of parts, labour, supplies, or other operating costs. The price confirmed with you at the time of booking, or in person before work begins, will govern your transaction, regardless of any price previously displayed on this Site.
5. Appointments & Booking Forms
Booking forms on this Site (for services, oil changes, tire purchases, safety inspections, membership sign-up, and general contact) are requests for an appointment, not a confirmed booking, until we contact you directly to confirm a specific date and time. Submitting a form authorizes us to contact you by phone, text, or email regarding your request. Where a form includes a "terms & conditions" agreement checkbox, checking that box confirms you have read and agree to these Terms in full.
We ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated no-shows may affect our ability to offer flexible scheduling to you in the future.
6. Premium Care Membership
Our Premium Care membership is an optional annual program that provides an instant 30% discount off our averaged regular pricing on eligible services, along with priority scheduling and a complimentary multi-point inspection with every visit. Membership sign-up requests submitted through the Site are finalized in person at your next visit to the shop, where payment and any applicable terms specific to your membership tier will be confirmed directly with our team. Membership pricing, benefits, and renewal terms are subject to change; current members will be notified of material changes in advance of renewal.
7. Refer A Friend Program
Referral rewards are issued as account credit, not cash. When you refer a friend and they complete their first visit with us, you receive 10% of that visit's value as credit toward your own future services or purchases at Arman Fine Auto & Repair Centre. This credit has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred to a third party, or exchanged for cash, and can only be applied toward eligible services or purchases at our shop.
The friend you refer receives 10% off their own first visit when they identify themselves as your referral (by mentioning your name and phone number) at the time of booking or check-in. Referral discounts and credits cannot be combined with certain other promotions, and we reserve the right to verify a referral before applying any discount or credit.
There is no limit to the number of friends you may refer. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Refer A Friend program, or to adjust the referral credit percentage, at any time, with reasonable notice posted on this Site.
8. Vehicle Wishlist Program
Our Wishlist program lets you tell us about a specific vehicle (make, model, year, or other criteria) you are hoping to find. Submitting a wishlist request does not guarantee that a matching vehicle will become available, does not reserve or hold any vehicle for you, and does not create any obligation on our part to sell you a vehicle at any particular price. If a matching vehicle comes into our inventory, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the information you provided, but availability and final pricing are not guaranteed and are subject to normal market conditions and prior sale to other customers.
9. Used Vehicle Sales
Vehicles listed for sale on this Site or through our CarGurus listings are used vehicles offered on an as-is basis unless a specific written warranty is provided at the time of sale. Vehicle descriptions, mileage, photos, and pricing are believed accurate at the time of listing but are not guaranteed and are subject to prior sale, pricing changes, and correction of errors. We encourage every buyer to inspect a vehicle in person and request its available history and safety documentation before purchase. All used vehicle sales in Ontario are subject to applicable provincial regulations, including those administered by the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) where applicable.
10. Safety Inspections
We offer both a Digital Inspection and a Full Inspection, priced separately as shown on our Safety Inspections page (averaged pricing, plus applicable tax). A Motor Vehicle Safety Standards Certificate, where issued, confirms that a vehicle met the applicable Ontario safety standard at the time of inspection only, and is not a guarantee of the vehicle's future mechanical condition, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not responsible for defects that arise, or become apparent, after the inspection is completed.
11. Merch Shop
Our Merch Shop is a separate, standalone store and is not part of this website. It is hosted and operated on a third-party platform (Creator Spring) and is not directly affiliated with, or operated by, Arman Fine Auto & Repair Centre's internal systems. Orders, payments, shipping, returns, and customer service for merchandise purchases are handled entirely by that third-party platform under its own separate terms and privacy policy, which we encourage you to review before purchasing. We are not responsible for the availability, quality, shipping, or fulfillment of merchandise sold through the Merch Shop.
12. Accounts & Sign-In
Certain features of our business may be accessible through a separate sign-in portal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
13. Acceptable Use Of This Website
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, interfere with its normal operation, submit false or misleading information through our forms, or use the Site to transmit spam, malicious code, or content that infringes on the rights of others.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and the overall look and feel of the Site — is the property of Arman Fine Auto & Repair Centre or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.
15. Third-Party Links & Services
This Site links to, or relies on, a number of third-party services, including Google Maps and Google Reviews, CarGurus vehicle listings, our Merch Shop (Creator Spring), our sign-in portal, and EmailJS for handling form submissions. We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy.
16. Disclaimers & Limitation Of Liability
This Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do our best to keep pricing, inventory, and service information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arman Fine Auto & Repair Centre will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or our services, including but not limited to lost time, lost profits, or vehicle downtime, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Ontario or Canadian law.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Arman Fine Auto & Repair Centre, its owners, and employees harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of this Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
19. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, pricing structure, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
20. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Arman Fine Auto & Repair Centre regarding your use of this Site, and supersede any prior understandings on the same subject. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of our right to do so later.
