Watch the Tread Depth
Once tread wears down to 4/32" or less, stopping distance and wet/snow traction drop off fast. A quick penny or tread-depth check tells you if it's time to replace.
Switch with the Seasons
Ontario winters call for dedicated winter tires below 7°C — all-season rubber simply hardens and loses grip in the cold. Summer or all-season tires take over once the snow clears.
Don't Ignore Age or Damage
